I almost hate to give up one of the best kept secrets in the south suburbs, but they deserve the business. Part garden center part...not sure what you call it...esoteric general store? A hodgepodge of everything (shoes, clothes, tools, food, toys, etc) at a DEEP discount. Bargain hunters take notice. They put out new scores daily, so visit early and often. A lot of the non-garden stuff is going to be discounted further (like half off sticker price) at the register, and if you're a nice, regular customer, Pete the owner will give you a deal. So save the haggling for the used car lot, it ain't necessary here. Real family vibe, though. Oh, and the cheapest propane around. Y'know what? I said too much already. Forget what you just read, AVOID this place. I'll keep it to myself.
